Our People

Rolando Sr. is the foundation of the shop both with his mechanical expertise and his extreme work ethic. As the father of four boys, he has instilled his compassion, his heart, his will and his work ethic throughout not only his family, but all of the employees at Rolando's Car Care. His desire for keeps everyone on their toes and continuing to improve. He is a"Family" and our customers are welcome as such.

Randy is an ASE Certified Technician that specializes in diagnosing hard to fix problems. His knowledge and determination enables us to solve your problems quickly and accurately. Randy has been with us for over 9 years.

Ricky heads up or new body shop and collision center. He has a talented team that can handle any dent, scratch or repair.

Jorge has been with us since 2002. He started part time through the work program in high school. Through hard work and dedication, Jorge has worked his way up to Technician. He is ASE Certified and provides us with another strong worker that does what he needs to to get the job done and get our customers back on the road.

Anish has been with Rolando's Car Care since 2008. His experience as a mechanic makes him a great Service Writer. He has a great abitlity to explain to our customers whatever their vehicles need.

RJ has been with Rolando's Car Care since 2002. He has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Elmhurst College and is ASE Certified. Along with handling the business aspect, he enjoys speaking with and getting to know our customers. Occasionally you will find him, getting dirty and filling in in the shop when needed.
